Reduction of Misalignment Voltage in Hall Crystals

Abstract

Method for simultaneously reducing the misalignment offset and separating the Hall voltage from the off diagonal piezoresistive voltage in Hall effect and piezoresistive devices based on silicon NOTES 209 minimum of 0.77 ft/sec. In general, water velocity measured by this method is estimated to be accurate within ± 10% of the average value.
