O objetivo desta pesquisa é apresentar os ganhos alcançados com o processo de integração da gestão do conhecimento de áreas de service desk de empresas adquiridas por uma empresa de multinegócios. Diante do aumento de fusões e aquisições (F&A), as empresas adquirentes precisam se preparar para absorver as novas áreas de TI de empresas adquiridas, o que justifica a contribuição desta pesquisa. Esta é uma pesquisa descritiva qualitativa, cujo método foi o estudo de caso único junto a uma grande companhia multinegócios brasileira representativa no mercado nacional. Os principais resultados da pesquisa foram: aumento da eficiência dos procedimentos; aumento da satisfação dos usuários; facilidade do processo de absorção do service desk; rapidez na transferência do conhecimento; elaboração de mecanismos de controle durante o processo de absorção do service desk e introdução de indicadores individuais. Conclui-se que o processo apresentado pode servir como norteador para empresas em situação de F&A.

Part 6: Decision Support in EISInternational audienceThe proposed conceptual model deals with two areas – Cost Allocation and Planning for Management of Business Informatics. This paper shows some limitations of the model, its architecture – the individual layers of the model, key principles of cost allocation on which the proposed model is based, and factors which must be taken into account during the development and subsequent implementation of the model. Entities from different countries interact through various forms of international cooperation, integration, subcontracting, outsourcing to ensure competitive advantage, reduce costs and increase economic efficiency. The article is an analysis and synthesis of existing approaches to defining the essence of outsourcing research and its application in international. The article deals with the prerequisites of outsourcing as a new form of organization of business processes. There are investigated and classified approaches to defining the essence of outsourcing. The hierarchy of objectives and motives based on organization of outsourcing is built. The practice of outsourcing during implementation of international economic relations is studied. Specifically examined the dynamics of development of the outsourcing market. Studied leader countries which provide outsourcing services and major consumers of these services.
