Reflection of plane waves from rotating pyroelectric half‐space under initial stresses

Abstract: This paper addresses the initial stresses and rotation effects on the wave reflection in the pyroelectric half‐plane using inhomogeneous wave approach. The rotation in the governing pyroelectric equation is characterized by considering the Coriolis and centrifugal accelerations, and the initial stresses are included by modifying the elasticity tensor.
