Reflexões sobre a integração pan-amazônica: o papel da Organização do Tratado de Cooperação Amazônica (OTCA) na regulação da água

Abstract: Os pressupostos de regulação ambiental, quando tratam de recursos hídricos, prescrevem ações que utilizem esse recurso de forma racional e integrada. Estes elementos são centrais nos mecanismos de gestão da água e têm sido um argumento recorrente na arena ambiental.
