Refolding and purification of rhNTA protein by chromatography

Abstract: RhNTA protein is a new thrombolytic agent which has potential medicinal and commercial value. Protein refolding is a bottleneck for large-scale production of valuable proteins expressed as inclusion bodies in Escherichia coli.
