Regularities of Formation of a Phase-Structural State of the Condensates Obtained by Ion Sputtering

Abstract: Проанализированы закономерности формирования структурно-фазового состояния конденсатов, полученных ионным распылением. Установлено, что все многообразие выявляемых структурных форм и фазовых состоя-ний в осаждаемых материалах можно описать единым механизмом кон-денсации при разной степени неравновесности процесса.
