Abstract: In arid and semi-arid regions, vegetation restoration will have a significant impact on ecosystem services (ESs). This study has integrated future land use to ecological sources identification and resistance surface construction to reflect the continuous effect of natural and anthropogenic factors on the landscape and provide the potential ecological pathways for improving the self-regulation and ecosystem resilience.The China Central Government have issued an document in Oct. 2021,titled "Outline of the Yellow River Basin's Ecological Protection and High-quality Development Plan",It steadily implemented the strategy for formulating a green way of production and living according to use Yellow River water as its capacity permits,and had be done to simulate land cover changes (Lou et al,2022), calculate resource environmental carrying capacity and land spatial development suitability (Chen &Wang,2023),assessment landscape ecological risk (Du et al,2023),evaluate vegetation restoration (Wang et al,2022), identify ecological network (Men&Pan.,2023),optimize urban growth boundary for the entire area. The urban agglomerations along the YRB in Ningxia is locate in the Upper YRB and Jiziwan Metropolitan Area of the YRB,which is combine ecological fragile and nature resource enrichment,and must be trade-off the conflict between ecological protection and human-being (Wei et al,2022).…”
