This study aims to demonstrate that the Indonesian local culture, Siri Na Pacce, becomes the construction of educational leadership in the era of educational capitalism. The Indonesian constitution upholds the availability of human resources to be educated for social change. The advancement of educational facilities creates inequality among human resources in accessing a better education. This inequality creates social reproduction through the educational system. The iron cage of the educational system chains the production of potential leaders for social change. The sociological method is conducted to analyze andevaluate the root of the problem to bring in the emic perspective. This method accesses books, articles, journals, and academic writing. This research aims to align local cultural values, Siri Na Pacce, to construct leadership values in generating an accessible educational system. To conclude, the construction of educational leadership is based on the solid value of Siri Na Pacce to build the character of being with others.

Teaching and learning activities involve a series of activities carried out by teachers and students who act as actors in education. Both of them interact with each other to achieve predetermined goals. The relationship between teacher and student is inseparable from the components that support ongoing learning activities. The teacher-student relationship is also a protective factor against the emergence of violence in schools. However, sometimes this violence often occurs in educational settings. So, in this study, a researcher will analyze the teacher-student relationship through the thoughts of Imam Al-Ghazali from the Book of Minhajul Muta'allim in dealing with violence in the educational environment. This research is qualitative, using the descriptive-analytical method. and this research is also library research, using content analysis as a data analysis technique because this research relies on text and aims to describe the results of the research. This study explains that Al-Ghazali as a Sufi with a philosophical background has a philosophy of education concept. Al-Ghazali colored his thoughts referring to the basic concept of ethics which is better known as "moral education" which is in line with the goals of education proclaimed by Al-Ghazali, namely to form full-time human beings who aim to get closer to Allah SWT and get happiness in life in the world and the hereafter because of education. According to Al-Ghazali is to eliminate the bad morals of students and in still have good morals in them. In his thinking about the teacher-student relationship, both of them must have a sincere intention in studying and teaching knowledge as well as purifying the soul from despicable morals and bad traits that can eat away at the heart. So as long as the heart is not cleansed of vile things, it will not be easy for it to receive beneficial knowledge. So that it can avoid the occurrence of acts of violence in the educational environment and create an ideal education with a divine foundation and prioritize morality and then the intellectuality of students.

As it is known that the roles and responsibilities of teachers, especially those teaching Islamic education is enormous. Basically, Islamic Education Teachers teach not only in charge of the subject matter, but also burdened with the responsibility to build learners who have knowledge, morals, have identity, strong character, and has a life skills guidance in accordance with the teachings of Islam. To bear all the burdens and responsibilities required different skills, especially skills as a personal ideal Islamic Education Teachers. In a variety of classical texts, books, literature until recent Islamic educational research found five terms are embedded in referring the teachers, Mudarris, Mu'allim Murabbi, Mursyid, and Muaddib. No articles are discussing a thorough and detailed those five terms in question yet. This article aims to discuss in detail and comprehensively those five terms in Islamic Education Teachers. This research uses the qualitative method with content analysis approach, all data taken from various sources which are derived from classical holy books, books, theories and expert opinion. All data that has been collected are analyzed thematically, in other words the themes that have been obtained are described comprehensively and deeply. Interestingly, the whole themes of the results of this study will be discussed with the results of the study of the researchers earlier and issues of current Islamic Education. The authors hope that this article can be a source of guidance for Islamic Education teachers to becoming an ideal individual, besides that it can also be a basis for the next researchers to discuss this problem in different contexts and issues.
