Relationship between expression of CXCR7 and NF-κB in breast cancer tissue and occurrence of breast cancer and lymphatic metastasis

Abstract: both CXCR7 and NF-κB are related to the malignant grade of the breast cancer and lymphatic metastasis, which may be regarded as in important indicator to judge the prognosis of the breast cancer and be expected to be the new target of curing part of the breast cancer.

“…The metastatic potential of breast cancer depends on the expression of many proteins on membrane surface, or some compounds in extracellular matrix, such as matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), plasminogen activator (PA), or nitric oxide synthase (NOS) (Cvetković et al 2017a, b). Clear understanding of the mechanism of invasion and metastasis processes in breast cancer patients, such as CXCL-12, VEGF, HIF-1, MMP-9 and iNOS, has significant importance in oncological treatment (Yuan et al 2017). Triple-negative, breast MDA-MB-231 cancer cell line is obtained from pleural effusion of breast cancer patients with metastatic disease.…”
