Relationship of Prosocial Behavior to Work Engagement in Female Volunteers in Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between prosocial behavior and work engagement among female volunteers. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling where the sampling was adjusted to the research objectives and predetermined characteristics.
