The early exposure of individuals to the use of technology may lead to the dangers of internet pornography sites and materials. Since scrolling social media platforms has become a pastime of every learner in this generation, it is essential to guide them to have responsible online conduct and avoid voyeuristic behaviors. Thus, this study aimed to determine the level of awareness of the learners in the existence of laws that can protect or prohibit them from such violence, specifically the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009 (RA 9995). This study adopted a descriptive research design and employed a random sampling technique to select 100 respondents from three universities in Palawan. The survey instruments utilized in this investigation were disseminated via survey forms using Google Forms. The descriptive analysis was used to identify respondents' awareness levels in RA 9995. Findings revealed that respondents' level of awareness about the law was "not aware," which means that most of them are unaware of the existence of RA 9995. The study's findings would reference the faculty and staff of the College Universities in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, if possible, in their extension program.

The economic landscape of Africa is evolving rapidly, and the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is increasingly recognized as a key driver of sustainable development. This review explores the potential of leveraging Financial Technology (FinTech), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cybersecurity to accelerate SME growth in the African context, ultimately contributing to economic prosperity. In recent years, FinTech has gained prominence for its ability to revolutionize financial services. By facilitating seamless transactions, enhancing access to capital, and streamlining financial processes, FinTech presents a significant opportunity for SMEs in Africa to overcome traditional barriers to growth. The integration of AI technologies further amplifies this potential, enabling SMEs to harness data-driven insights for informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and personalized customer experiences. However, the adoption of FinTech and AI in the African SME sector necessitates robust cybersecurity measures. As digital transformation accelerates, the risk of cyber threats becomes more pronounced. Addressing these challenges requires a strategic approach to cybersecurity, encompassing robust data protection, threat intelligence, and resilient infrastructure. This review underscores the importance of a holistic approach, wherein the synergy between FinTech, AI, and Cybersecurity becomes a catalyst for economic prosperity. Policymakers, financial institutions, and technology providers must collaborate to create an enabling environment that fosters innovation, supports digital literacy, and ensures the security of digital ecosystems. By embracing this technological trifecta, African SMEs can navigate the complexities of the modern business landscape, foster innovation, and contribute significantly to job creation and economic growth. The UK government responsibilizes its citizens when it comes to their cyber security, as do other countries. Governments provide excellent advice online, but do not provide any other direct support. Responsibilization is viable when: (1) risk management activities require only ubiquitous skills, (2) a failure to manage the risk does not affect others in the person’s community. Cybersecurity fails on both counts. Consider that parents and carers are effectively being responsibilized to educate their children about cybersecurity, given that young children cannot be expected to consult and act upon government advice. Previous research suggests that UK parents embrace this responsibility but need help in keeping up to date with cybersecurity ‘best practice’. In this paper, we consider a number of possible sources of parental advice, and conclude that support workers would be best placed to support parents in this domain. We then carried out a study to gauge the acceptability of this source of help. We find that parents would be willing to accept advice from this source, and suggest that cybersecurity academics be recruited to train support workers to ensure that they have current ‘best practice’ cybersecurity knowledge to impart to parents.
