In order to solve the problem of asymmetric development of cultural and creative industries in smart city tourism, this paper proposes an analysis method based on the IPA model. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the tourism cultural and creative projects in the traditional block, this method combines the RMP analysis theory and the tourist satisfaction theory to study the local cultural elements and the satisfaction of tourism cultural and creative projects with the IPA model. The results are as follows: sightseeing (42.5%) is the highest motivation of tourists, followed by cultural and creative experience (16.2%), of which 84.8% are self-help tourists, and only 2.3% choose to join the group. Life custom is a significant factor influencing the satisfaction of patients who think it is very important but are actually dissatisfied. Smart tourism and creative tourism projects are considered important by the respondents, but there is a large difference between expectations and perceptions. These are the projects that managers need to focus on to correct at present. It proves that the activation of tourism cultural and creative projects should follow the market-oriented principle, the principle of reflecting characteristics, the principle of cultural guidance, the principle of effectiveness, and the principle of sustainable development in order to achieve the ultimate success.

According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), China’s rail system will become fully electrified by 2050. However, in some remote areas with a weak power grid connection, the promise of an electrified railway will be hard to achieve. By replacing conventional fuels with clean and environmentally-friendly energy, overall carbon emissions would be significantly reduced, contributing to the fulfillment of the carbon-neutral commitment. This study reviews clean energy exploitation in the railway transportation system and the distribution of renewable energy sources along the railway lines of China. The evaluation results show that China has huge energy potential. In terms of photovoltaics alone, the annual power generation of China’s high-speed railway is about 170 TWh, meaning that the energy self-consistency rate for high-speed railway can reach 284.84%. Efficient exploitation of clean energy sources for China’s railway transportation system would effectively mitigate anxieties surrounding energy shortages.

An expressway microgrid can make full use of renewable resources near the road area and enable joint carbon reduction in both transportation and energy sectors. It is important to research the optimal construction mode and capacity configuration method of expressway microgrid considering the carbon trading and carbon offset mechanism. This paper establishes a design model for an expressway microgrid considering the operating features of each component in the microgrid under two patterns of grid-connected/islanded and two types of AC/DC. The goal of the proposed model is to minimize the annualized comprehensive cost, which includes the annualized investment cost, operational cost, and carbon trading cost. The model designates the optimal construction mode of an expressway microgrid, i.e., grid-connected or islanded, AC or DC. As a mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) problem, the proposed model can be solved in a commercial solver conveniently, such as GUROBI and CPLEX. The validity and practicality of the proposed model have been demonstrated through case studies in several different application scenarios, which also demonstrate the necessity of considering carbon trading mechanisms in the design model.
