Research of the accumulation of damage in the parts of the press-forging equipment and tools by magnetic methods

Abstract

The article considers abilities of magnetic methods of non-destructive testing (in particular, measurement of coercive field) for determination of damaging and remaining life of dies material and equipment. This article describes the experimental determination of principles for the instrument used for hot (bulk) and cold (sheet and volumetric) forging.
