Research on Technology of Responding for Multi-Specification and Small-Batch Mechanical Production Quotation Based on Feedback Amendment

Abstract

Concerning the properties of multi-specification and small-batch mechanical production, the relationship between the cost of instance module and the initial quotation of requirement product is analysed. The quotation rule mapping between the quotation formula and the request-characteristic variable as well as the product module is obtained based on the feedback amendatory coefficient, and the quotation method based on feedback amendment for multi-specification and small-batch mechanical production is realized. This method is adopted in the quotation of electrostatic precipitator and is confirmed to be effective.
