Residential load is one of the important components of the seasonal peak load of the power grid, and it is increasing each year, with a huge demand response potential. With the development of the energy digital economy, the demand response of the new power system shows the characteristics of multi-stakeholder participation. The development mode based on the value co-creation has become a prominent support for market-oriented reform, and the need for the promotion of smart electricity use is increasingly prominent. In order to realize the in-depth exploration of residents’ demand response potential and the sustainable development of “value co-creation” of smart electricity consumption with the participation of multi-stakeholders, this study adopts both the social network analysis method and the counterfactual analysis approach to reveal the general characteristics of agents promoting the residents to participate in the value co-creation of smart electricity positively. The results show that 1) for social network, both the absolute resource advantage and the structural hole have obvious positive guidance on the agent; however, the incentive effect of the relative resource advantage is not significant; 2) for individual nodes , the role positioning of each agent has obvious guiding function for realizing the value co-creation; and 3) for interrelationship among main agents, the functional relationship has a significant degree of interdependence.

Many application fields initiate using wireless sensor network (WSN), and the evaluation for its performance becomes an important topic, which can help the decision-maker to find the deficiency of the current WSN or seek the best WSN. There exist mixed multiple attributes in the WSN performance evaluation process, for example, some evaluation indicators can be expressed as interval numbers, while others can be expressed as linguistic variables, so it is necessary to explore the evaluation model based on mixed multiattribute decision-making (MADM). Considering the specific evaluation purpose and requirements for different enterprises, this paper puts forward an indicator selection method and a subjective weighting method based on the rough set theory. After that, based on the transformation of mixed attributes into the unified intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs), an objective weighting method based on intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is proposed. Meanwhile, the combined weights of indicators are obtained by synthesizing the subjective and objective weights. Subsequently, in order to evaluate WSN performance objectively, an integrated comprehensive evaluation framework is proposed, which includes single evaluation, compatibility test, combination evaluation, and consistency test. The paper gives specific models and calculation steps in detail. Finally, it provides a case study to explain the application of the proposed indicator selection method and the evaluation models, which provide new ideas and references for WSN performance evaluation.

Reliability of the collaboration among military organizations is the key to success or failure of joint operations. However, the battlefield environment is changing rapidly, and the collaborative mode between organizations is easily affected by the changes. Therefore, a flexible collaborative mechanism for adjustment must be proposed, and it requires higher flexibility and autonomy of collaborative organizations. In order to pursue a better collaboration and then accomplish the common mission, this paper firstly establishes a context-aware model based on ontology and event calculus, which is used for the perception and reasoning analysis of changes; secondly, designs two evaluation index systems respectively for operational organizations' overall effectiveness and capability of operational activities; lastly, combines the former models and proposes an adaptive collaborative method. The method evaluates the operational capability of an organization, compares it with a given threshold, and then adopts the solution of activity replacement or organization replacement to update the collaborative mode.
