Research the parameters of cutter bar of the rotor of a green stalk forage chopper

Abstract: Currently, special attention is being paid to the development of cattle-raising, fisheries and poultry in Uzbekistan. Cattle-raising, fisheries and poultry feeding green forage providing their intensive increasing as well decreases the gathering of additional oil in them. Therefore, a chopping device was produced to cut green crops, such as clover, maize as well legumes. Since the quantity and arrangement of cutter-bars in the rotor depends on the quantity and placement of the cut feeds to be of same length, t… Show more

“…Consider the operation of a ploughshare with a blunted blade. When working with blunted ploughshares, the total traction resistance increases [9][10][11][12][13][14]. Many scientists divide the total traction resistance into the resistance of the soil when cutting [15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22] with a blade Rp, the resistance of the soil during deformation Rd, overcoming gravity, inertia forces of the formation Ri [5,6].…”

“…The mathematical model [8,10,11,12,13] of soil shear resistance proposed by Yu.A. Vetrov has the following form: , (4) where φ -coefficient taking into account the cutting angle of the soil; msb -cutting angle 𝛼 = 300, corresponding specific shear force; δ -angle of external soil friction, degrees; m -coefficient representing the shear force along the sides of the cut soil.…”
