The article discusses the effectiveness of calf rearing in lightweight buildings in individual cages and in houses for individual keeping from 3 days of his life to 60 days of age. It has shown the advantage of growing young animals using this technology in comparison with the traditional method for group keeping indoors. This method of calf breeding contributes to maintaining the cultivation of full-fledged repair young animals, and ultimately, increasing the efficiency of animal husbandry. Since all experimental groups had a different content system, the dynamics of live weight in age periods helped to reveal the difference in growth rates and developed animals. The data obtained indicate that the weight during the formulation did not differ much in animals of the control I and II of the experimental groups was 36 kg, respectively, 35.7 and 38 kg. At 3 months of age, it amounted to 83, 87.6 and 90.2 kg, respectively. They exceeded their peers in the control group 7.2 kg or 7.99%, 4.6 kg 4.67%, respectively. The average daily increase in 3 months was 626 g, 692 g, 696 g, respectively.
Currently, special attention is being paid to the development of cattle-raising, fisheries and poultry in Uzbekistan. Cattle-raising, fisheries and poultry feeding green forage providing their intensive increasing as well decreases the gathering of additional oil in them. Therefore, a chopping device was produced to cut green crops, such as clover, maize as well legumes. Since the quantity and arrangement of cutter-bars in the rotor depends on the quantity and placement of the cut feeds to be of same length, the quantity of cutter-bars has been explored theoretical and experimental researches. According to theoretical researches, the greater the quantity of cutter-bars in the feed chopping rotor, the greater the work efficiency and the shorter the length of cutting. During the experiments, when the quantity of rotations of the rotor was 1500 rpm and the quantity of rotating of the chopper was 175 rpm, 6 cutter-bars were installed on a rotor with a diameter of 200 mm. It was found that metal consumption and cost were reduced compared to 8 cutter-bars. It is recommended to install 6 cutter-bars on a rotor with a diameter of 200 mm.
The Republic of Uzbekistan is one of the leading regions for the production of gourds - especially the most valuable varieties of melons. The nutritional value is primarily due to the high sugar content, and the taste value is due to the sucrose content. Summer grades with a sugar content of 12 … 19% are considered the most sugary. The sucrose content is 60 … 80%, but these varieties for long-distance transportation are practically unsuitable, so they are used in growing areas. It has been established that in non-waste processing from 1 ton of melon fruit it is possible to obtain: melon jam - 155…165 kg or concentrated melon juice (“honey”) – 65 … 70 kg or dried (dried) melon – 70…75 kg; vegetable oil from seeds – 2.5…3 kg; protein flour from the peel – 20…23 kg. The article presents the results of a study of the physicomechanical properties of melon fruits as an object of technical processing of peel, pulp, and seeds. To conduct studies of the physicomechanical properties of melon fruits, a methodology for experimental research has been developed.
This research describes the result of study and analyze the working process of the harvester combine with GPS receiver and grain level sensor in wheat harvesting. GPS receiver and grain level sensor showed that the combine harvester was working with what level of velocity in the real time regime and how much grain was being uploaded into grain tank. According to results when the yield increased from 2.62 t/ha to 6.22 t/ha, because of decreasing the work-velocity of the combine harvester, the work efficiency of the combine harvester decreased from 1.96 ha/hour till 1.30 ha/hour, and grain loss rose from 2.03 per cent till 3.76 per cent. In the field where the weeds had covered 16.8 per cent, the work efficiency of the combine was 1.74 ha/hour, in another field where weeds level was 56.7 the work efficiency of the combine decreased almost 1.7 times, made up 1.07 ha/hour, the grain loss was observed that it increased from 2.1 per cent till 7.42 per cent. When the moisture of the cereal decreased it was defined that the combine work efficiency increased, however the rate of grain loss in the header rose too.
In Uzbekistan, special attention is paid to the development of livestock, poultry, and fish farming. In the ration of animals, green fodder obtained by cutting green stalks corn, alfalfa and other feed crops have a special place. For high-quality chopping of stalks with the required cutting length for each type of animal, a chopper has been developed with a simple design for chopping green feed. Testing of the chopper work, carried out at an engine speed of 2800 rpm, a cutting drum rotation speed of 950 rpm and in two rotations of the feed rollers 10 rpm and 20 rpm with an average length of alfalfa stalks 71.6 cm and an average length of corn stalks 216.4 cm, showed that at a feed roller rotation speed of 10 rpm the average cutting length of the stalks was 10.6 mm, and at a feed roller rotation speed of 20 rpm - 17.6 mm. It can be seen from the data that with a twice increase in the feed roll speed, the cutting length increases 1.66 times, which confirms the theoretical assumptions obtained.
