Parameters of hummers in double staged grinder-crusher were studied for qualitative grinding of the grains. In order to determine performance indicators, an experimental sample of a grinder-crusher for stepwise grinding of grain was developed. In double stage grinder-crusher when hummers 3-4 mm thick were installed around rotor in 4 rows with 20 mm rotor height the best grinding of the grain was achieved.
The results of experimental researches to determine the working indicators of the New Holland TS-5060 combine for soybean crop harvesting are given. According to the results of performed experiments to determine the working indicators of the New Holland TS-5060 grain harvester in soy bean harvesting process, the main time yield of the harvester combine was determined at 1.4 hectare/hour, the grain yield was defined at 96.5 per cent, and the loss in the combine thresher unit was at 0.6 per cent, it was found to be at the level of demand, however the grain loss and grain damage on the combine harvester were slightly higher than the specified requirements. That is why, it is recommended to use the number of revolutions of the combine pick-up reel in the range of 25-30 rpm, the number of revolutions of the threshing drum in the range of 750-800 rpm. Average square deviation and variation coefficient of these indicators are shown in following tables.
A new type corn-thresher was developed and tested for farms in Uzbekistan. Unlike to the existent threshers, this corn-thresher peels the husks of corn-cobs and threshes the kernel. At first parameters of the peeler-bars were researched theoretically, then three types of peeler bars were installed symmetrically on the surface of rotor of the corn-thresher and compared experimentally. The corn-thresher works qualitatively and it requires least metal and energy. The weight of corn-thresher is just 350 kg, consumes power amount is 5 KW and the work performance of the thresher in the pure time is 4600 kg/hour. During the theoretical research, the results were determined that, width of the peeler-bar should be bigger or equal than 4.8 cm (b

≥ 4.8 cm). Also, the distance between peeler-bar and concave should be equal to 38 mm (S

= 38). While we researched experimentally the types of peeler bars, three type of them, namely straight tooth, sloped tooth and fluted bar were tested. Their surface was compared between 36-44 mm distance of peeler-bar and concave. When the distance between sloped tooth peeler-bar and concave was 38-40 mm, we achieved to peeling well the husk of corn-cob, threshing better the kernels than other peelers, the most important was that any grain had not damaged when we analyzed results.
The volume of mung bean cultivation and export is also increasing in Uzbekistan. In Uzbekistan, mung bean is mainly planted as a repeat crop after wheat in June-July, and harvested in autumn in October-November. This provides additional income for farms and improves soil fertility. There are methods of mowing, plucking and harvesting mung bean from 5-10 cm above the surface of the ground, and cutting mung bean from the roots 5-10 cm below the ground. Because this method gives a good result in harvesting mung bean, which grows along the cultivated land in Uzbekistan and when the grain is ripe, but the stalks are green. Research is currently underway to develop a harvester that implements this method and to adapt the Dominator-130 combine to threshing without breaking the mung bean.
Developed pneumatic sowing device of drum type for two-line sowing of soybean and mung bean seeds and study its technological process of work sowing bean seeds. When developing the design of a pneumatic drum-type sowing device for two-line sowing of seeds, methods were used for designing seeders and their working bodies, methods for calculating sowing devices and pneumatic systems. The experiments were carried out in accordance with State Standards 31345-2007 and State Standards 20915-2011. In the course of research, it was determined that taking into account the size of soybean seeds and their seeding rates, the diameter of the suction holes of the seeding drum can be taken dt = 4.5 mm, the diameter of the seeding drum D = 230 mm, the pitch between the suction holes of the drum should be t ≥ 11.21 mm, and holes in the seeding drum number z ≤ 55 pieces. At a seeder speed Vc = 2.1 m/s, a drum diameter with suction holes D = 0.230 m, a hole pitch t = 0.011 m, the drum speed is n = 0.377 s−1 or n = 22.6 rpm. With these parameters, on the developed pneumatic sowing device, the distance between the seeds was 119.0 mm, and between the rows 207.8 mm at their specified values, respectively, 120 mm and 200 mm. The developed sowing device, on the basis of theoretical and experimental studies, ensures sowing of soybean seeds with a deviation from the specified distances between seeds ± 6.8 mm and between rows ± 4.5 mm and meets the requirements.
