Abstract: Introdução: Apesar da prática de exercício ser benéfica para a saúde, mulheres apresentam níveis elevados de inatividade física. A falta de tempo e as respostas afetivas (RAs) negativas ao exercício podem ser barreiras à aderência aos programas de treinamento para essa população.
