Abstract: Kurzfassung Welche Ursachen liegen hinter dem Nicht-Erreichen von Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen in Produktionsanläufen? Etwa 82 Prozent der Betriebe erreichen ihre angestrebten Ziele nicht. Kritisch ist dies, da sich Unternehmen mit einer gestiegenen Anzahl von Produktionsanläufen konfrontiert sehen [1].
