Restoration of Lower Facial and Neck Esthetics by Application of Pre-Expanded Bipedicle Scalp and Free Scapular Flaps

Abstract: The patients were recommended to wear pressure elastic clothing > 1 year to prevent recurrence of scar hypertrophy contracture. Silicone gel and sheet were used topically on incisions for at least 6 months.
