Retinoid X receptors orchestrate osteoclast differentiation and postnatal bone remodeling

Abstract: R e s e a R c h a R t i c l e8under this pathological condition, we induced estrogen deficiency by bilateral ovariectomy (OvX) in 20-week-old WT and RXR-KO mice and assessed bone loss over a further 8 weeks.
