At present, the large amount of data generated by transportation and logistics in cities brings great difficulties to data management and operation. The purpose is to explore the applicability of WebGIS and expand the application of intelligent interactive urban traffic logistics management. An urban traffic logistics management system is designed for urban traffic route assignment and intelligent interaction based on the WebGIS system and the basic principles and related algorithms of urban traffic route assignment. Then, the operation of the system under different shortest path algorithms and different path assignment algorithms is discussed. As a result, the Dijkstra algorithm runs faster than the Floyd algorithm. The comparison of three different road assignment algorithms shows that the no road assignment algorithm has the smallest average time consumption, which is 264.43 ms. The running time of the continuous average algorithm is the same as that of the user balance algorithm. The WebGIS system has practical application value compared with the TransCAD system and Cube system. This article proposes that the interactive function of the system can be used normally. The vehicle information of the test sample points can be displayed, and the function realization effect is good. The research results can provide scientific references for the follow-up research on intelligent transportation.

With the rapid development of information society, a large amount of vague or uncertain English interpretation information appears in daily life. Uncertain information processing is an important research content in the field of artificial intelligence. In this paper, we combine the three-branch concept lattice and linguistic values with the digital elevation model and propose the three-branch fuzzy linguistic concept lattice as well as the attribute approximation method. In this paper, an improved serial algorithm for sink accumulation is proposed. The improved algorithm changes the order of cell calculation; after the cumulative amount of a “sub-basin” is calculated, all cells of the next “sub-basin” are calculated until all cells are calculated. The improved algorithm reduces the overhead space in the calculation process, reduces the pressure of cells entering and leaving the queue, and improves the calculation efficiency. The improved cumulant algorithm is compared with the commonly used recursive cumulant algorithm and the nonrecursive cumulant algorithm, and the improved algorithm improves by about 17% compared with the nonrecursive algorithm at 106 cell level, and the computation time of the recursive algorithm is about 3 times of the improved algorithm. Because the sink accumulation serial algorithm is an important part of the parallel calculation of sink accumulation, and the execution time is shorter by using the improved algorithm, this paper applies the proposed improved accumulation serial algorithm to the process of parallel calculation of accumulation.

Adaptive Pronunciation Proofreading of Spoken English in a Wireless Sensor Network Environment

This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of adaptive proofreading of spoken English pronunciation in a wireless sensor network environment. This paper addresses the above problem by combining two common methods for controlling the transmission rate of sensing nodes maximizing network utility algorithm and congestion control mechanism. Firstly, the transmission rate of one-hop nodes at a distance from the aggregation node is dynamically adjusted by the increasing exploration algorithm under the premise of unknown link transmission capacity, while the transmission rate of one-hop nodes is proportionally allocated to multihop nodes in multihop nodes by the congestion control mechanism based on the average reception success rate of the link. A design framework for a speech recognition system with complementary offline recognition and online recognition based on the C/S model is proposed, and a speech recognition system in swarm intelligence awareness is implemented based on the Sphinx engine. The client side implements the speech recognition of decoder in the offline state, and the server side provides the functions of recognition consistency detection, model adjustment training, monitoring, and recommendation in the online state as well as the interface for external access. The scene adaptation module effectively improves the speech recognition system’s speech recognition correct rate under different scenes, and the discourse topic recognition module verifies the recognition effectiveness of the speech recognition system under different discourse topics, which can meet the requirements of users’ personalized speech input.
