With the increasing application and use of information technology in college music classrooms getting deeper and deeper, the role of music informatization teaching classrooms becomes more and more prominent. In this context, it will be an important research topic to strengthen information technology education, promote the innovation and development of music education in colleges and universities, and build a rich information technology music classroom. Artificial intelligence technology’s implementation in the area of music education is developing and becoming more common, and to some extent, it has become a stimulant of music teaching, although there are certain negatives. The arrival of wireless networks, especially 5G, has drawn strong attention from all walks of life, and its characteristics of “large bandwidth, ultralow latency, and connectivity of everything” have been applied and explored in the field of music education, making the teaching mode, teaching methods, and interactive experience develop in a better direction. At the same time, VR, AR, AI, big data, and other technologies based on a wireless network have also been optimized and applied to the field of music education, which will further promote the development of intelligent music education. This study examines the impact of informatization on music education creativity in academic institutions and then goes on to address informatization tactics in music education innovation practice in order to develop a new model of music education digitization that is current. Focusing on music education, the applications of artificial intelligence in music education are listed, and a music education framework based on artificial intelligence algorithms and wireless networks is proposed. Finally, the proposed framework’s usefulness is demonstrated in relevant tests, and the prospects for artificial intelligence technology in the realm of music are examined.

The development of the creative industry is growing rapidly in Indonesia in line with technological advancements. This research focuses on the strategies used to enhance the competitiveness of Linkrafin, which is based on the cultural heritage and local wisdom of Jember Regency. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Data analysis in this research involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Using the internal factor evaluation (IFE) and external factor evaluation (EFE) matrices to conduct a SWOT analysis, the researcher concludes that Linkrafin defines creativity as all forms of ideas and concepts (intellectual assets) in a multiplatform creative space that benefits creators and consumers while serving educational, entertainment, social, cultural, and economic functions. All elements within the creative industry, encompassing production processes, distribution, exhibition, appreciation, education, and documentation archives, are included. Linkrafin's progress since 2019 has yielded significant achievements, not only at the regional level but also at the national level.

People began to emphasize music education gradually. Music teaching can cultivate a person's quality and sense of beauty. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop music teaching, which is conducive to better learning music. High quality music teaching can achieve better teaching results, so developing music teaching is something that contemporary people need to seriously study. In the traditional music teaching, music teaching ignored the aesthetic characteristics of music, and only single tuned theoretical knowledge, which made the quality of music teaching poor. This paper aimed to study the construction of distance music teaching intelligent classroom under modern information technology (IT). By studying how to integrate the wisdom classroom into teaching, an innovative remote intelligent classroom mode of music teaching was constructed. In this experiment, five classes were selected from the traditional teaching school and the remote intelligent classroom music teaching school under the modern IT for the examination of each subject. The results of the experiment were that in the vocal music test, instrumental music test, solfeggio test, ear training test and written music knowledge test, the average score of the vocal music test of the five classes under the music teaching of the remote intelligent classroom under the modern IT was 82.4, and the average score of the vocal music test of each class in the traditional music teaching was 72.2. The average score of instrumental music test of the five classes under the music teaching of the remote intelligent classroom under the modern IT was 82.2, and the average score of instrumental music test of each class in the traditional music teaching was 71. The average score of the five classes' solfeggio examination under the music teaching of the remote intelligent classroom under the modern IT was 82.8, and the average score of each class's solfeggio examination under the traditional music teaching was 73.2. The average score of the ear training test of the five classes under the music teaching of the remote intelligent classroom under the modern IT was 82.4, and the average score of the ear training test of each class in the traditional music teaching was 72.8. The average score of the written examination of music knowledge in the five classes under the music teaching of the remote intelligent classroom under modern IT was 84.4, and the average score of the written examination of music knowledge in each class of traditional music teaching was 73.6.
