Retroperitoneal Paraganglioma With Asymptomatic Follicular Lymphoma: A Case Report

Abstract: Paraganglioma (PGL) is a rare tumor originating from extra-adrenal paraganglionic chromaffin tissues, and most sympathetic PGLs have excessive catecholamine secretion. However, nonfunctional PGLs are sometimes found.
