Then a literature review is conducted to compile scientific literacy instruments followed by compilation of questions based on the PISA question criteria (scientific competence, content, and context) with the dimensions of knowledge using Bloom's Taxonomy (factual, conceptual, and procedural) (as cited in Darmawan & Sujoko, 2013).
