“…The use of various channels to communicate with employees is a boon for TSC as majority of the respondents (47.2% agreed and 31.5% strongly agreed) acknowledged that the use of more than one channel to convey information enhanced the credibility of messages from TSC. According to Jamal and Bakar (2017), every organization ought to realize that the perceived credibility of its messages plays a vital role since it can either enhance or destroy an organization's effectiveness and reputation.
