[13][14][15]17,19,[21][22][23] Of mentors involved in a CAP mentoring program, 93% reported their experience as personally fulfilling. 22 In total, 40 of the 43 mentors were able to establish meaningful connections with their mentees; 96% of the 36 general adult and old age psychiatry trainees perceived mentoring sessions as beneficial.…”
