Roles of Board of Directors in Organizational Ambidexterity

Abstract: Organization theory scholars have identified diverse antecedents to organizational ambidexterity including structure, context, and leadership characteristics. Each antecedent has been conceptualized as an alternative solution to organizational ambidexterity.
