Roller microneedles transdermal delivery of compound lidocaine cream for enhancing the analgesic effect: A randomized self‐controlled trial

Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this article is to investigate whether the percutaneous delivery of compound lidocaine cream by roller microneedles can shorten the minimal effective onset time of anesthesia, enhance the intensity of anesthesia and prolong the analgesic time, so as to provide a theoretical basis for exploring a comfortable, safe and effective anesthesia method for photoelectric cosmetic surgery.

“…In clinical applications, a common strategy for bone repair involves placing scaffold materials in the bone defect area. These scaffold materials serve to carry or recruit cells from the surrounding tissues, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of bone repair. Circular defects with a diameter of 2.5 mm and a depth of 3 mm were created in the distal femur sites of SD rats following the established model in reports . Prior to photo-cross-linking, a pregel solution containing BMSCs was injected into the defects, followed by light exposure to initiate gelation (Figure A).…”

“…53−56 Circular defects with a diameter of 2.5 mm and a depth of 3 mm were created in the distal femur sites of SD rats following the established model in reports. 57 Prior to photo-cross-linking, a pregel solution containing BMSCs was injected into the defects, followed by light exposure to initiate gelation (Figure 5A). The rats were sacrificed at 2, 4, and 8 weeks after surgery, and the femurs were collected for further analysis.…”
