Abstract:To investigate root uptake and translocation of heptachlor and its degradates (cis-heptachlor epoxide and 1-hydroxychlordene) in soil, zucchini and tomato seedlings were transplanted to soil approximately four months after treatment with 14 C-heptachlor.
