Rot fluoreszierende Proteine: spezielle Anwendungen in der Bildgebung und Perspektiven

Abstract: Während der letzten Jahre wurden zahlreiche rotverschoben fluoreszierende Proteine (RFPs) entwickelt. Die verbesserten RFPs eröffnen einmalige Möglichkeiten, biologische Vorgänge auf Molekülebene ebenso zu verfolgen wie in gesamten Organismen. Hier wird die Beziehung zwischen den Eigenschaften von RFPs unterschiedlichen Phänotyps und ihren Anwendungen in verschiedenen Abbildungstechniken beschrieben.
