“…The reduction profile of 2%Ru/NZ catalyst shows the reduction stages assigned to the reduction of iron oxide species and RuO 2 to metallic Ru through RuO. The same reduction behavior of ruthenium oxide species was also observed by other authors [ 46 ]. The reduction properties of ruthenium catalysts was also studied in reference [ 41 ].…”

“…Wang et al found that Ru/hierarchical HZSM-5 catalyst could act as both adsorbent and catalyst for aromatic VOCs elimination under low concentration levels. 5 Besides, Yang et al reported that the hierarchical zeolite support could well improve the metal dispersion, the ratio of metal active sites and the toluene adsorption, and then the high catalytic performance during the toluene catalytic combustion. 6 However, the catalytic property of conventional supported catalysts is still insufficient for the industrial applications, because the supported metals remain on the surface of zeolites as bulky particles and tend to sinter, or agglomerate under reaction temperatures and pressures.…”

“…The efficiency of catalytic combustion is closely related to the catalyst . The key point is the development of high efficiency catalysts, which mainly include noble metal catalysts and non‐noble metal catalysts . Noble metal catalysts include platinum, palladium and so on.…”
