Ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma presenting as Cullen’s and Grey-Turner’s sign

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the most common malignant liver tumor, is usually asymptomatic but rarely bleeds into the peritoneal cavity which can be a serious catastrophe.
