Salvage insurance and salvor's liability insurance

Abstract: U članku se obrađuje materija osiguranja spašava-nja na moru i osiguranja od odgovornosti spašavatelja. Nakon kratkih uvodnih napomena u svezi temeljnih pojmova vezanih uz nagrađivanje spašavatelja, razmatra se općenita uloga i značaj pomorskog osiguranja u pomorskom poduzetništvu, uloga i značaj klubova za uzajamno osiguranje pomorskih brodara od odgovornosti (P&I klubovi), te uloga i značaj klasičnih tržišnih osiguratelja.
