“…Спектры люминесценции в этом диапазоне имеют сложную форму и состоят из нескольких широких компонент, связанных с возбуждением собственных дефектов в сапфире -нейтральных кислородных вакансий (Fцентров) и агрегатных центров в различных зарядовых состояниях (F 2 -, F + 2 -, F 2+ 2 -центров) [5][6][7].
