Abstract:Sarcoidosis is a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown etiology, characterized by non-necrotizing granuloma formation in multiples organs. Isolated extrathoracic sarcoidosis has been reported in under 10% of the patients, and so isolated spleen sarcoidosis is extremely rare.
