Scanning Three-Dimensional X-ray Diffraction Microscopy for Carbon Steels

Abstract: Plastically deformed low-carbon steel has been analyzed by nondestructive three-dimensional orientation and strain mapping using scanning three-dimensional X-ray diffraction microscopy (S3DXRD).
