This study aims at examining the multidimensional relationships between charismatic leadership, organizational loyalty, and teacher performance based on the opinions of teachers working in public primary schools in Ankara province. The study employed a quantitative research approach with a correlational survey design. The population of the study consisted of 13,513 teachers working in public primary schools located in the districts of Altındağ, Çankaya, Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Keçiören, Mamak, Pursaklar, Sincan, and Yenimahalle. We used the stratified sampling method to determine the study sample. Accordingly, the sample consisted of 514 teachers working in the above-mentioned districts during the 2020-2021 Academic Year. We used descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and structural equation modelling to analyze the study data. As a result of the analyses conducted within the scope of the study, we concluded that charismatic leadership had a significant direct effect on organizational loyalty, whereas organizational loyalty had a significant direct effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, we found out that charismatic leadership indirectly affected teacher performance through the mediating role of organizational loyalty. We discussed the study findings in relation to the previous findings in the literature, and offered some suggestions relying on the findings.
