Screening of some wild plants as antifungal agent against phytopathogenic fungi

Abstract: The present study tested the antifungal activity of twenty wild plants grown at the desert area of Sadat city, Menoufiya governorate, Egypt against three phytopathogenic fungi (Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium solani and Rhizoctonia solani). Antifungal activity of plant extracts was performed using poison food technique. Aqueous extracts showed variability in inhibition of mycelial growth at 10%concentration.
