Abstract:Sea blue histiocytosis is generally seen where the turnover of cells is high like in certain haematological malignancies like myelodysplastic syndromes, chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms, immune thrombocytopenias and lipid storage disorders etc. Most commonly involved organs are bone marrow, spleen and liver.
