Seberapa Besar Peran Kualitas Tidur Terhadap Stres Akademik Mahasiswa?

Abstract: Stres akademik merupakan suatu keadaan dimana pelajar merasa tidak mampu untuk menghadapi berbagai macam peran dan tuntutan akademik dan mempersepsikannya sebagai suatu gangguan (stressor). Mahasiswa yang stres cenderung mengalami kualitas tidur yang kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi peran kualitas tidur terhadap stres akademik.
