Secondary EL Teachers’ CPD: Present Practices and Perceived Needs

Abstract: The present paper reports a study that aimed to explore secondary school (SS) English language (EL) teachers’ present practices of and perceived needs for continuing professional development (CPD) in Bangladesh.
