Selection for Early Treatment of Myelomeningocele: a Retrospective Analysis of Selection Procedures

Abstract: SUMMARY In an attempt to formulate a procedure for the selection of those children with open myelomeningocele most likely to benefit from early surgery, the records of 163 children ave been reviewed.
