Self-assembled nanomaterials for ferroptosis-based cancer theranostics

Abstract: Recent advances in ferroptosis-based self-assembled anti-cancer nanomaterials are summarized, with particular emphasis on their detailed mechanisms for inducing ferroptosis in tumor cells as well as their unique advantages and future challenges.
