Abstract: Abstract-This paper presents a unifying framework for designing a joint channel-estimation-and-data-detection (CE/DD) scheme and space-time block code (STBC) that improves the performances in a multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) slow flat Rayleigh fading channel.
