SENSEI: Harnessing Community Wisdom for Local Environmental Monitoring in Finland

Abstract: SENSEI is a community initiative involving locals, researchers, community organisations and decision makers aiming to understand the challenges they all care about. The initiative has shown how technology and participatory practices can be combined to address issues of shared concern, make sense of data and solve problems collectively.
