A Tachycardia classified as Supraventricular by a Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy‐Defibrillator Device. What is the Mechanism?

The St. Jude morphology algorithm, which analyzes only the rate‐sensing electrode, misclassifies 5%–10% of VTs as SVTs 2 . It may rarely also occur if the template is inaccurate and has been acquired for ventricular premature beat rather than sinus conducted beat.…”
