Sensory analysis of extruded corn-based breakfast cereals with whole peach palm fruit (Bactris gasipaes, kunth) powder

Abstract: This research work aimed to study the sensory characteristics of corn-based breakfast cereal with whole peach palm fruit (Bactris gasipaes, Kunth) powder.
