Separation of Fatty Acid Ethanolamides using High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: This study aimed to separate fatty acid ethanolamides (FAE) through an enzymatic reaction of ethanolamine and the Terminalia catappa (Local name: Ketapang) seed oil by using reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC).
